I love all things homesteading! I grew up here in the Ozark Mountains where self sufficiency is a way of life and it has never left my blood. These days, as a Realtor with United Country Diamond G Realty in Mountain View, Arkansas, I enjoy helping buyers find the homestead property that they have always dreamed of. I also host the monthly Stone County Homesteaders Meet Up where we get to eat and hang out with fellow homesteaders, homesteaders-to-be, and curious folks who wonder what all this homesteading talk is about. At the meetup, in addition to filling our bellies, we are treated each month to presentations on a variety of homesteading and off-grid living topics. I feel truly blessed to be a Realtor here. There is a lot of joy in sharing these mountains with folks new to the area, tromping around properties and analyzing the positive and negative attributes of each for future inhabitants.
